• Won’t drain

  • Causes: Blocked filter/pump, kinked hose.

  • Fix: Clean out pump filter (usually behind a lower panel), check hose.

• Doesn’t spin

  • Causes: Unbalanced load, worn drive belt, faulty motor control module.

  • Fix: Rebalance the load, inspect the belt, check error codes.

• Leaking

  • Causes: Door seal torn, hose clamp loose.

  • Fix: Replace door gasket, tighten or replace hoses.

  • Fix: Level the machine, reduce load size, inspect internal supports.
